"CREDIT BUREAU" CREDIT INFORMATION ANALYSIS CENTER" LLC
LLC "Credit Bureau" Credit information analytical center" has a history of 10 years.
Credit Bureau was originally established in 2000 as a subsidiary of "Credit Information Bureau" in Uzbekistan Banking Association.
In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers on April 23, 2004, №197 "On measures on a system accounting information on credit histories of borrowers" subsidiary of the Uzbekistan Banking Association "Credit Information Bureau" is transformed into "Interbank Credit Bureau".
Years 2010-2011 were a period of institutional development and strengthening of the regulatory framework the exchange of credit information in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
After the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On exchange of credit information" and the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 17, 2012, №74 "On measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan" On exchange of credit information "on the basis of" Interbank Credit Bureau " was created LLC "Credit Bureau" Credit information analytical center".
LLC "Credit Bureau" Credit information analytical center" passed state registration in October 6, 2012 in the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and also obtained the license №001 on the implementation of the credit bureau.
The main activities of "Credit Bureau" Credit information analytical center "are:
- development of a database and analyzing information about the legal and physical persons-subjects of credit information necessary to build their credit histories;
- analyzing financial performance of a credit information system and the formation of their rated;
- services on a contractual basis to provide information on the credit history of the subjects of credit information to its users, as well as by credit reporting entities at their request;
- Providing consulting and other services to users of credit information in order to assist them in assessing the solvency, credit and payment discipline subjects of credit information.

- Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated from October 4, 2011, №LRU-301 "On exchange of credit information".
- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from March 17, 2012, №74.
- Regulations "On the requirements for internal audit to credit bureaus and annual reports of credit bureaus ", approved by the Decree of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 10, 2011 and registered with the Ministry of Justice for the №2316 .
- Regulations "On the requirements for hardware and software, the credit bureaus to ensure the safety and protection of information", approved by the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 20, 2011 and registered with the Ministry of Justice for the №2318.
- Regulation "On the procedure of credit information sharing between credit bureaus and agencies and organizations that provide credit information to credit bureaus", approved by the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 14 January 2012 and registered with the Ministry of Justice for the №2330.
- Regulation "On the procedure of credit information sharing between credit bureaus, credit information users and providers of credit information, as well as providing credit reports", approved by the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 14 January 2012 and registered with the Ministry of Justice for the №2331.
- Regulation "On the procedure for providing credit information by credit institutions to the State registry of credit information to credit bureaus" approved by the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 14 January 2012 and registered with the Ministry of Justice for the №2332.

Information about the feasibility of the project of modernization of the information system.
In fulfillment of claim 12 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 18, 2012, №PD-4455 "On measures to further radical improvement of the business environment and provide greater freedom of entrepreneurship," to further enhance the efficiency of LLC "Credit Bureau" Credit Information Analytical Center" together with the Head of Information Center of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a project modernization of Automated information system "Managing credit information".
As a result of this project will be achieved by upgrading the following results:
- 1.Effective use of credit information by end users as a result of the adaptation of services to the international standards organization of the credit bureau;
- 2.Increasing the range of services, opening up access to non-bank institutions - leasing companies, insurance companies and other potential users of credit histories;
- 3.Create a complete database of credit bureau and increase effectiveness of responses to requests for credit institutions by establishing a streamlined system for collecting information from the following departments:
- State Tax Committee - Credentials taxpayers and their financial statements;
- Ministry of Interior - on issued passports, including the return of lost or expired, as well as the registration of motor vehicles and their owners;
- Ministry of Justice (public notaries) - the absence of the prohibition of alienation or seizure of the object that is the subject of the transaction;
- “Goskomzemgeodezkadastra” - state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it, information about rights to real estate and other databases on real property with public access;
- Other authorities issuing the license and (or) other approvals - the facts of issuing these documents, on suspension, revocation and reissuance of the license and (or) other permits.
